Q: How long does the process take?
- We are aware that time is a critical issue, so we work to arrange a timescale that suits you. We can arrange a fast completion or exchange and arrange a later completion date to suit you. Q: How quickly do I need to leave the property?
- This depends upon your requirements. We will work with you to arrange a suitable option for your needs. We can also rent the property back to you at a competitive local rate for as long as you choose.
Q: What do you mean by being a cash buyer?
- We fund all purchases by cash, enabling us to proceed immediately and not have to wait for mortgages to be approved.
Q: Who are rpdProperty? How can I be sure you are genuine?
- rpdProperty are a UK based business which specifically operates within the South East and West of England. We are genuinely committed to ensuring a fair approach and a smooth process for you.
We do benefit from the speed at which we can make an offer, complete and exchange, but we only make genuine offers and have very high operating ethics. It is essential to us that we operate fairly especially as a large amount of our business is based on referrals.
Q: I am in mortgage arrears, can you still help me?
- As long as you have some equity in your property, we can help you. Usually, if you choose you can stay in the property as tenants for as long as you like at a rent in line with the local area.
Q: What's the maximum you will pay?
- We will look at properties of any value.
Q: What condition properties do you buy?
- We buy properties in any condition, even those that are in need of improvement or modernisation.
Q How does your price for my property compare with what I could get from an estate agent?
- We take into account a number of factors, but typically we pay between 75-90% of open-market value. The key is that you get your money now and don’t incur any of the costs involved in a typical sale. Q: How can I get in touch?
Q: Do you buy non residential properties and land?
- Yes, we buy all types of properties and land, however it is usually the case that commercial and land transactions can take a little longer.
Q: I may have a friend who would be interested, why should I tell them about you?
- For each of your referrals that results in a sale, we will pay you a finders-fee of £500!
Q: You have given me a valuation, but I don't want to sell yet?
- Our offers are typically valid for 21 days and you are under no obligation to sell. If you don’t want to use us now that’s fine, just keep us in mind in case your circumstances change.
